Terms of Use for Brands

The service

The Influencer Router platform is operated by [NOM DE LA SOCIÉTÉ], [ADRESSE], State of Kuwait ("we" or "us").

The platform is a matchmaking service: we receive your request, suggest suitable influencers and send you a quote. We are not an advertising agency and we do not run campaigns ourselves.

Accepting these terms

By ticking the consent box and submitting your request, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy, and you confirm that you are authorised to act on behalf of the company making the request.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about your company and your campaign.

Your private link

We send you a private link showing the suggested influencers, and later the quote. The link is for you only. You may not transfer, publish or share it outside the team working on the campaign.

The link is valid for a set period (14 days by default, extendable on request). We may revoke it at any time, in particular if we suspect it has been shared with others.

Suggested profiles

Influencer profiles are shown for information only and are based on the details provided by the influencers when they registered. Follower counts may change over time.

Showing a profile does not mean the influencer is available or has committed to your campaign. Their participation is only confirmed once the final contract is signed.

We do not guarantee any campaign results, such as views, engagement or sales.

Confidentiality of profiles

You agree to use the profiles shown to you only to evaluate your request, and not to copy, reuse or share them with anyone else.

You agree not to contact the influencers we have presented to you directly in order to hire them without going through us, for 12 months from the date you received the link. [À VALIDER : clause de non-contournement et sa durée]

Quotes

Quotes are issued in Kuwaiti dinars (KWD) and show the amount for each influencer, any service fee, and the total.

A quote is valid until the date stated on it. After that date, prices and availability may change, and you can ask us for a new quote.

You can request changes to a quote directly from your link before accepting it.

Accepting a quote online

Accepting a quote on your link is an agreement in principle on the selected influencers and the proposed price. It is not a final contract.

When you accept, we record the name you enter, the date and time, and your IP address as evidence of your agreement in principle.

Contract and payment

After you accept a quote, we will contact you to sign a written contract setting out the deliverables, schedule, final price and payment terms.

Payment is made outside the platform, as set out in the contract. We will never ask you to enter card or bank details on the platform.

If the quote and the signed contract differ, the contract prevails.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your products and services, for the content of your advertising messages, and for obtaining any licence or approval required by Kuwaiti regulations on commercial advertising. [À VALIDER]

Limitation of liability

We provide the service with care and to the best of our knowledge. However, we are not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by influencers, for an influencer's performance or for campaign results, except as set out in the final contract.

In all cases, our liability is limited to the service fee you paid us for the deal concerned, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit. [À VALIDER]

The platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.

Personal data

We process your data as described in the Privacy Policy published on the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will publish the updated version on this page with its date. Your request is governed by the terms in force when you submitted it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the Kuwaiti courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. [À VALIDER]
