Who we are

What the platform does

The platform is a matchmaking service connecting brands with influencers in Kuwait. Influencers and agencies register their profiles, and brands submit requests without creating an account. Our team then sends the brand a private link with a selection of profiles, followed by a quote in KWD on the same link.

Contracts are signed and payments are made outside the platform. We never collect card or bank details.

The data we collect

Influencers: full name, phone number, email (optional), governorate, content niches, languages, social media accounts (platform, username and follower count), profile photo if you add one, and the date and time you accepted this policy. Our team may add internal notes and an internal rate to your profile. These are only visible to our admin team.

Agencies: agency name, contact person, phone number, email, and the date and time of consent, plus the profiles of the talents the agency registers (the same data as above).

Brands: company name, contact person, phone number, email, sector, campaign objective, target platforms, indicative budget, desired date, campaign brief, and the date and time of consent. When a quote is accepted, we record the name entered, the date and time of acceptance, and the IP address of the device used.

Activity log: we keep a log of the steps of each deal (for example, when the link is first opened, when influencers are selected, when a quote is accepted), with the date of each step.

We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.

Why we use your data

To review and approve influencer profiles before they are presented to brands.

To suggest suitable influencers for each brand request, and to prepare and follow up on quotes.

To contact you about your registration, your request or a potential campaign.

To keep evidence of a brand's acceptance of a quote, and to protect the platform against misuse.

We do not use your data for any unrelated purpose, and we never sell it.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your explicit consent, which you give by ticking the consent box when you register or submit a request. We record the date and time of that consent.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to [EMAIL DE CONTACT]. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it, but it means we can no longer present your profile or handle your request.

Who can see your data

Brands: they only see the public profile data of the influencers suggested to them: name, photo, platforms, follower counts, niches and governorate. They never see phone numbers, emails, internal rates or our team's notes.

Our admin team: has access to all data, only to operate the service. Access to the admin area is password-protected.

Service providers: companies that host the platform or help us run it, within the limits described in the next section.

Authorities: where required by law or by order of a competent authority.

Hosting and service providers

The platform, its database and its backups are hosted on a virtual private server (VPS) provided by Hostinger, located in [PAYS DU SERVEUR].

We use Telegram to send internal alerts to our admin team when an influencer registers, when a new request arrives, or when a brand makes a decision. These alerts contain the minimum information needed (such as name or company, platforms, follower counts, governorate, sector and indicative budget). They never include phone numbers or prices.

How long we keep your data

Influencer and agency profiles: for as long as the profile is active, then deleted 24 months after the last contact or the last time the profile was suggested to a brand. [À VALIDER]

Rejected profiles: deleted 6 months after rejection. [À VALIDER]

Brand requests that did not lead to a deal: deleted 12 months after the request. [À VALIDER]

Deals and accepted quotes, including the name, acceptance date and IP address: 5 years from acceptance, for evidence and accounting purposes. [À VALIDER]

Activity log: kept for as long as the related deal.

Backups: overwritten automatically within 30 days, so deleted data may remain in them for up to that period. [À VALIDER]

Telegram alerts: deleted from the admin group by our team after 90 days. [À VALIDER]

How we protect your data

All connections to the platform are encrypted with HTTPS.

The admin area is restricted to our team, protected by a hashed password, and locked temporarily after several failed login attempts.

Each link sent to a brand is unique and hard to guess, expires after a set period, and can be revoked by us at any time.

Internal rates and influencers' contact details never appear on any public page.

We back up the data regularly. No online system can be guaranteed to be fully secure, but if an incident affects your data, we will inform you as required by law.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to withdraw your consent and to object to its processing.

To exercise any of these rights, write to [EMAIL DE CONTACT] from the phone number or email address we have on file, stating your name and your request. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on it.

Requests are handled manually by our team, and we will reply within 30 days at most. [À VALIDER]

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. The only exception is data we are legally required to keep, such as accepted quotes. In that case we keep only the minimum necessary until the end of the period stated above.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with CITRA.

Cookies

We use only two cookies, both necessary for the platform to work:

Language cookie: remembers whether you chose Arabic or English.

Admin session cookie: only used to keep our admin team signed in. It expires automatically after 12 hours.

We do not use advertising, analytics or third-party cookies.

Age

The platform is intended for people aged 18 or over. If we learn that a profile belongs to someone under that age without a guardian's consent, we will delete it. [À VALIDER]
